One of the best ways to do this is through one of The Monarch Effect Transformation Series.  This 16-week program is designed specifically for those with 75+ pounds to lose who are done with yo-yo dieting and want to simply learn how to live a balanced, healthy lifestyle.  This affordable and effective program allows you to go through your weight loss journey with no more than 7 other men and women just like you.  The weight loss journey can feel very lonely at times.  By participating in the TME Transformation series, you can learn from others on a similar journey as your own, support each other, and build new friendships with like-minded people who understand your weight loss challenges because they experience them themselves.   This series gives you the best of all worlds: the spiritual and emotional support  you would get with a group like Overeaters Anonymous, the exercise design and monitoring of a personal trainer, and the nutritional guidance of a nutrition specialist.  These series promote behavior change through the focus on mind, body, and spirit.
